Refund policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@northcollective.store with your order number and the reason for your request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Orders may be cancelled before processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If eligible, customers may request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
